Craters of the Moon Wilderness Trail

   I'm not sure exactly why this ends up where it does, there isn't much out there. I guess somebody thought there was a reason to make a trail going five miles south though. The actual trail is pretty good. There is a trail going off of that one that leads to some petrified trees. Didn't go see those, probably pretty interesting. I took my son with me on this one, he wasn't terribly impressed.
